Ar nDraiocht Fein Completed Study Programs
I have been an active member of ADF since 2008 and have spent a significant amount of time working through the many study programs they offer. Below are the study programs that I have completed as a member.
DEDICANT PROGRAM
The Dedicant Program (DP) is ADF’s fudamental training program. It serves as a year-long introduction to the beliefs and practices of Our Druidry. It is also the prerequisite for the ADF Training courses.
CLERGY TRAINING PROGRAM
The Clergy Training Program (CTP) is ADF’s source for the education ad spiritual preparation of religious leadership. It includes four levels of study, including a preliminary level and three Circles.
INITIATE PROGRAM
The Initiate Prgram (IP) is designed for those who wish to expand their training beyond the Dedicant Program focused on magic, trance, and expanding their spiritual practice.
GENERALIST STUDY PROGRAM
The Generalist Study Program (GSP) builds a broad understanding of the history of Druidry and ADF, as well as comparative mythology and a better understanding of a chosen cultural focus of study.
ARTISANS GUILD STUDY PROGRAM
The Artisans Guild Study Program provides a course of study to develop the understanding of art history and theory, technical competence in two or more media, and personal integration and understanding of art as spiritual practice.
SEERS GUILD STUDY PROGRAM
The Seers Guild Study Program aims to provide the student with a background in divination within Indo-European cultures, along with an opportunity to begin studying the art/science of divination.
LITURGISTS GUILD STUDY PROGRAM
The Liturgists' Guild promotes the art and science of liturgy within the context of Our Druidry by providing a framework for the study of ritual structures and their cultural contexts, both ancient and modern, and encouraging the adaptation and synthesis of that material for the enrichment of ADF rituals and lore.
